  1. Why press-ons nails?

Convenient, reusable and customizable; cuts down on salon time; minimizes the risk of spreading germs allowing you to have beautiful nails during this time of social distancing. You can explore different styles and colors without commitment. Press-ons and glue don't damage nails the same way gel polish or acrylics do when they come off. 

  1. How long can nails last?
With proper adhesion along with minimal water immersion, Lavish Custom sets can last 2-3 weeks. 
  1. What if a nail pops off?

You can clean the inside of the custom nail with alcohol, buff away any rough edges on the sides or inside of the tip and glue it right back on.

  1. I just received my Lavish Nail set and it doesn’t fit, can I return it or exchange it for another set.
Due to health regulations, items are FINAL SALE, NON-REFUNDABLE & NO EXCHANGES ALLOWED. 
  1. My package is damaged, what do I need to do?

 Please email info@lvshgroup.com your order # and a clear photo of the defective merchandise within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can make this situation right.  

SHIPPING

GENERAL INFORMATION: Orders containing in-stock merchandise usually ship same day when placed before 2pm PST Monday - Fridays. Orders may take 1-3 business days to fulfill. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are placed. Please note orders placed during holiday seasons may take longer to fulfill.

LOST PACKAGES: LVSH Beauty is not responsible or obligated to replace or refund packages delivered to the address provided at checkout. If a package is marked “Delivered,” please first check your order to ensure the shipping address provided was correct.  If the address provided was correct, contact the local post office responsible for delivering the package (found on the tracking page).  After describing the situation and providing tracking, they will be able to assist you in recovering your package.

RETURN TO SENDER: Immediately contact the carrier if your tracking information says an attempt to deliver was made, or is undeliverable and being returned to sender. Typically this means there is an error in the shipping address provided, or the carrier was unable to drop off your package and needs your assistance.  If they are unable to redeliver your package, please contact info@lvshgroup.com with the issue, order number, and/or correct shipping address immediately.  Packages returned due to an incorrect shipping address or refusal without having contacted us prior will be refunded less shipping and receiving costs.

DELAYED: Immediately contact the carrier if your tracking information says delayed. Typically this means additional information is needed to deliver your package. If they are unable to deliver your package, please contact info@lvshgroup.com with the issue, order number, and/or correct shipping address.
